Observed that there were no thermometers inside the walk-in cooler or walk-in freezer. PIC (Heidi Ross) stated they were in the WIC and WIF, but had been knocked off. She found 2 thermometers in office drawer and put them in the WIC and WIF at time of inspection.

Observed plastic food containers and stainless steel pots/pans stacked wet on the shelf by the 3 compartment sink. These items shall be allowed to air-dry before stacking and storing. PIC stated she would make dishwasher employee re-wash and air-dry before stacking items back on shelf.

Observed Walk-in freezer and walk-in cooler with broken door latches (wall end). Doors still closed tightly and all food temperatures are satisfactory and PIC stated that a maintenance order has been placed for repair. Facilities shall be in good repair and maintained properly.

Observed 2 containers of chips stored in the walk-in cooler uncovered. Items shall be covered when stored to prevent possible overhead contamination.

Observed lid to grease trap not closed. Lids shall remain closed to prevent possible intrusion of rodents/insects.

Observed black mold on drink machine spouts by drive-thru window. Recommend cleaning and sanitizing drink machine spouts daily to prevent accumulations of mold.

Observed that the prior inspection report and food safety manager certificates were not posted in public view. CFSM, Kameron Johnson, stated they will be posted as soon as they figure out a way to get them to stay attached to the wall. Also observed CFSM certification for Kameron expires today. Informed her that she needs to renew certification or at least be enrolled in a course within next 90 days.

Observed a large stack of boxes and trash on ground around outdoor garbage dumpster. Area is enclosed, but area shall remain free of trash and debris to prevent possible intrusion of rodents.
