Observed to go cups on front counter in open holder exposed to potential contamination. Keep in covered dispenser, or leave in protective plastic sleeves, with only the bottom of the top cup exposed.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed food debris and spills on WIC floor. Clean surfaces at a frequency to prevent accumulations. Clean vent covers in wall also.
