Observed pans stacked under prep table in main kitchen had pans that were being wet stacked. COS: PIC instructed an employee to stack pans in a way to allow them to dry completely.

Observed chicken sandwiches stored in the warmer below 135F. COS by manager reheating the chicken sandwiches to 165F or above. If the warmers cannot maintain the food at 135F or below, the employees will not be able to utilize the warmers until they are working properly by maintaining the food at 135F or above. Repeat violation from the previous inspection.
