Employee cutting strawberries touched trash can and continued cutting strawberries without washing hands and changing gloves. CA: Food employees shall clean their hands after engaging in any activity that contaminates the hands. Cos: Strawberries were discarded and employee was instructed on when to wash hands. Employee washed hands and changed gloves.

Food cold holding in prep top above 41 deg f. Food being held cold shall be maintained at 41 deg f or below. COS: Food was discarded.
