Observed numerous clean food containers stacked wet on the storage shelf. After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment and utensils: Shall be air-dried or used after adequate draining before contact with food. Remove wet food equipment in order to re-wash, rinse and sanitize equipment to properly air dry.
17B - garbage/refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained

Observed both side doors open on the outside dumpster, while trash being stored inside. Receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall be kept covered:With tight-fitting lids or doors if kept outside the food service establishment. Person in charge closed both side doors.
