Observed the current inspection report not posted in the lobby for public view. The one posted is from August 2024. The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away. Post most current inspection report for public view in lobby area.

Observed three stacks of food grade containers wet stacked in the container storage area. After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment and utensils shall be air-dried or used after adequate draining before contact with food. Person in charge (PIC) moved the containers back to the three-compartment sink to be rewashed, rinsed, and sanitized. Recommend pyramid stacking for proper air drying.

Observed several containers of buttermilk with an expiration date:1/27/25 being stored inside the reach in cooler in the biscuit station. Prepackaged sandwiches, eggs, infant formula, shucked oysters, milk, and time/temperature control safety foods that are labeled as “keep refrigerated” and that are for sale or service to the consumer or used as an ingredient in other foods shall be immediately discarded and shall not be sold, served, or used after the manufacturer’s expiration date or the sell-by date. Discard the containers of milk.

Observed an employee chewing gum while food handling. Employees shall consume food only in approved designated areas separate from food preparation and serving areas, equipment or utensil areas and food storage areas. Employee left out of the food prep area.
