Observed beef and raw bacon being stored uncovered in a reach in cooler by the griddle at the time of this inspection. COS: Covered. CA: All food must be stored covered to prevent vertical contamination.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean

Observed an ice buildup around the frame of walk in freezer door at the time of this inspection. CA: All physical facilities shall be kept in good repair.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(j) - using dressing rooms & lockers, used for changing clothes and storing employee belongings (c)
Observed a handbag and a jacket being stored on top of food boxes in dry storage area at the time of this inspection. COS: Items removed. CA: Lockers or other suitable facilities shall be used for the orderly storage of employee clothing and other possessions.
