Observed staff member serving food on the front-service line with watch on their wrist.
Rule: All staff involved in prepping food may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food.
12D - washing fruits and vegetables

Observed dirty dishes left in prep sink that is used for washing vegetables. Rule: Raw fruits and vegetables shall be thoroughly washed in water, in a sink designated for that purpose only.

Observed shelving units above 3 compartment sink with rust and visible debris. Rule: Equipment shall be maintained in good repair.
