13-187(c): A copy of the pool operator's certificate shall be displayed. Upon arrival, the CPO certificate on display contained inaccurate information, but was C.O.S and re-printed/displayed to reflect current CPO information.

Must have Dekalb Public Health Dept Number posted on bulletin.

13-189(c)(1): the free chlorine residual in all parts of the pool shall be maintained at a concentration of no less than 3.0ppm and no more than 10.0ppm. -chlorine read at 0.84 upon inspection.

13-190(a): the equipment shall be operated continuously on a twenty four hour basis to obtain the minimum required 6 turnovers per day. The GPM needs to be at around 92 and it is at 82.

13-202(i): each pool facility shall have a EAP. Placed in the pool area. There was not one placed there.

13-189(c)(1): the free chlorine residual in all parts of the pool shall be maintained at a concentration of no less than 3.0ppm and no more than 10.0ppm. The chlorine was test twice at 0.45ppm and 0.77ppm. The salt read 'low salt' on it.

13-189(c)(1): the pH shall not exceed 7.2-7.8. It was recorded twice at 8.1 and 8.3

13-190(a):pumps shall function properly and be maintained. It doesn't seem like the pump is on. It cannot be on a timer.

13-198(a): the equipment room shall be kept locked except for servicing the pool. It was unlocked upon the inspection

13-190(a): the equipment shall be operated continuously on a 24 hour basis reaching a minimum of 6 turnover with the gpm at 90. I was recorded at 70.

13-202(m): safety rules shall be provided and easily readable. The pool signs are missing signage. A hand out with highlighted missing statements has been attached.

13-189(a)(5): pool shall be kept free from sediment and dirt by brushing and vacuuming. The pool surface is stained and dirty. It may need to be acid washed or replastered.

13-190(a): pumps shall function properly and be maintained in a clean condition. They must also work continuously 24/7. The pump was off upon inspection due to it being on a timer.

13-190(a)(6): wall mounted type vacuum systems are prohibited. There is a wall mounted vacuum that needs to be sealed and capped off in the pool wall and the equipment room.

13-190(a): the equipment shall be operated continuously on a twenty four hour basis. The flow meter was not working due the pump being off.

13-188(a): pool surface shall have no cracks or open joints; there are cracks and the pool surface needs to be replastered.

13-189(c)(1): the free chlorine residual in all parts of the pool shall be maintained at a concentration of no less than 3.0ppm and no more than 10.0ppm. The chlorine was tested at various times throughout the inspection and the chlorine was recorded at 1.55ppm, 1.58ppm, 1.41ppm, and 1.42ppm. The salt system keep reading low salt so the CPO added bags of salt to the pool and the chlorine was still not able to increase the chlorine level in the pool

13-190(a): the equipment shall be operated continuously in a twenty four hour basis. The GPM needs to be at 83.3 and it was recorded at 60gpm. The pump was also off upon the inspection. Was told by the CPO Austin that the pump is on a timer which is against our code.
