Routine
13-189(c)(4) Pool water shall be tested for disinfectant and pH at least twice each day or as often as needed including prior to open and during peak bathing loads. Observed that daily pool log indicated that pool was being tested twice weekly.
13-187(c) Current inspection report shall be displayed in a conspicuous place where it is easily readable by the public at all times. Observed that recent inspection report was not available on site.
13-187(c) Operating permit shall be framed and displayed close to entrance as possible such that it is easily readable by the public at all times. Observed that this year's operating permit was not posted in the pool area.

13-190(a): Equipment shall be operated on a twenty four hour basis to obtain the minimum required number of four turnovers per day. Observed that flow meter was stuck at 0 gpm and must maintain at 75 gpm for adequate turnover.
13-201(b): A shower with tempered water with a temperature range of 70 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit shall be provided at each approved entrance into the pool area. Observed deck shower was not operational.
13-198(a): Entry door shall open to the exterior of the equipment room or enclosure and shall be kept locked except for when servicing the pool equipment. Observed that door into equipment room was unlocked upon arrival.

13-187(c): A copy of the pool operator's certificate shall be conspicuously displayed near the operating permit. Could not locate.
13-201(b): A shower with tempered water shall be provided at each approved entrance into the pool area. Observed cracked deck shower with no water. Repeat violation.
13-202(i): Each pool facility shall have a written copy of the Emergency Action Plan (EAP) located to allow for immediate access in case of emergency. Could not locate.
13-197(k): All pools shall have have adequate, safe, and secure storage of pool chemicals. Observed pool chemicals on the floor of the pump room. Must be moved to shelf/pallet

13-202(l): Tightly stretched float line shall be installed across pool where depths exceed 5 feet. A 4" non-slip tile must be installed directly beneath and for the entire length of each float line. Observed float line detached and falling apart on the pool deck. Non-slip tile was not present.
