13-190(a): Equipment shall be operated continuously on a 24 hour basis to obtain the minimum required number of 1 turnover every 6 hours for standard pools. Flow meter read 90 gpm instead of required 97.22 gpm.

13-202(m): Safety rules and regulations shall be easily readable and shall be conspicuously posted in the pool area. The lettering shall be a min. of 3/4" except as otherwise noted. (Rules must contain at a min. the 12 statements in the pool code). No peak bather load/peak occupancy on signage.

13-187(c): The current inspection report shall be displayed in a conspicuous place where it is easily readable by the public at all times upon entry into the pool area. Not displayed.

13-198(a): Equipment shall be located in a permanent room or completely enclosed area. The entry door shall open to the exterior of the equipment room or enclosure and shall be kept locked except for servicing the pool equipment. Pump room was unlocked.

13-198(b): Ventilation of fresh make-up air must be provided for all equipment rooms. Pump room was humid, hot, and stuffy. Appears that ventilation was not running.

13-202(g): An operable, hard wired, weather proof telephone shall be maintained in a conspicuous location.

Observation: 911 Dispatch was unable to hear me at all. I called them twice.

13-202(1): tightly stretched flood line shall be installed across pool along slope-break in pools where depths exceed 5'.

Observed: Float line was not installed. It was on the pool deck.

13-190(a): All circulation systems shall function properly and be maintained in a clean condition.

Observation: Both skimmers are completely stuffed with debris.

13-202(m): Safety rules shall have at a minimum the 12 statements. Observation: Multiple rules missing:

• Shower before entering.
• Bathers with open wounds, skin conditions, or communicable disease not allowed.
• No spitting/spouting,
• Bather load info.

Observed incorrect signage during time of inspection. Safety rules and regulations shall be easily readable and shall be conspicuously posted in the pool area. The lettering shall be a minimum of 3/4" except as otherwise noted. Observed that pool rules signage was missing information for operational hours, occupancy, and emergency phone location.

13-189(c)(4): The pool water shall be tested for disinfectant and pH at least 2x daily prior to open and during peak bathing loads. Observed that log did not indicate that the pool was being tested twice daily

13-187(c) Operating permit shall be framed and displayed in public view as close to entrance as possible. Observed that permit was not available on site during inspection.

Observed that pool rules signage was missing facility information required and sign for emergency phone faded. Advising replacing phone sign and ring buoy.

13-197(k): All pools shall have safe, dedicated storage for chemicals. Observed chemicals on floor of pump room. Advised to install shelf/pallet to organize pump room.

13-190(a)(7): A flow meter shall be installed on the return line to accurately indicate circulation rate. Observed flow meter with bobber stuck on the bottom. Could not determine accurate flow rate.

13-189(c)(4): The pool water shall be tested for disinfectant and pH at least 2x daily. Observed log with last testing date in June.

13-202(m): Safety rules and regulations must contain the minimum 12 required statements. Observed sign missing the following:

• No food or drink allowed with 5' of pool edge
• Bathers with open wounds, skin conditions, or any communicable condition not allowed.
• Bathers shall wear bathing attire.
• No spitting, spouting, blowing nose, or any bodily excretion allowed.
• No running, rough or boisterous play allowed.
• Maximum bather load 80
• Hours of operation __ AM to __ PM. CPO provided with copy of acceptable sign with specific missing statements starred

13-197(k): All pools shall have safe, dedicated storage for chemicals. Observed chemicals on floor of pump room. Advised to move to shelf/pallet.

13-202(d): Each pool shall be provided with a shepherd's hook and lifesaving ring. Observed lifesaving ring falling apart. Advisement to replace ring at last inspection (6/26/23) was not followed. Critical violation - imminent health hazard.
