Observation: Measured chlorine at 0.06 ppm. CPO increased it to 9.7.

Observation: Phone has power, but dispatch could not hear us and we couldn't hear them.

13-190(a) Equipment shall be operated continuously on a twenty four hour basis to obtain the minimum required number of four turnovers per day. Observed that pool flow meter indicated 90 gpm however for a pool this size (45000 g) a turnover rate of 125 gpm is required.
13-189(c)(4) Pool water shall be tested for the disinfectant level and pH at least 2 times each day. Observed that daily record log showed that pool water was being tested twice weekly.
13-196(a)(4) Each skimmer shall have a properly designed operating weir or other departmentally approved means of providing effective skimming. Observed that every skimmer inside of the pool was missing weir.
13-184(c)(5) Imminent health hazard exists if sanitary facilities are not functional or if the facilities are not maintained in a clean and sanitary condition. Observed that restroom in pool area was not maintained; back of toilet exposed.

13-201(k): At all times, an adequate supply of liquid soap, toilet paper and paper towels shall be provided and stored in dispensers accessible to users. Observed that restroom for bathers attached to leasing office did not have access to an adequate supply of soap.
