Intermediate - Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Observed an unlabeled spray bottle containing a green liquid. The operator identified it as quat sanitizer and wrote the common name on the bottle. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed food debris buildup in the door tracks of the display refrigerator.

High Priority - Displayed food not properly protected from contamination. Observed cinnamon rolls on the top of the display case. The trays were placed inside the display case. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed turkey hand pie at 125°F. The operator indicated that the pies were placed into the display at 7:30am and intends to use time as a control versus temperature. The time was marked on the items in the display and a Time as a Public Health Control form was provided to the operator to co,plate for all items held by time. Corrective Action Taken
