2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - using a handwashing sink- operation & maintenance (pf)
Observed trash bags, paper towels, and other equipment in hand washing sink and in 3-compartment sink. Make sure to not use sinks as store when not in use and make sure they are being used for what they are designed for. Informed CFSM and he said he understood and corrected it on site.
12A - contamination prevented during food preparation, storage, display

Observed multiple containers of coffee grounds on the floor along with boxes of coffee cup sleeves on the ground. Make sure all items are protected and a min. of 6" above the floor. (Base of Operation)
12B - personal cleanliness
Regulation: 511-6-1.03(5)(j) - hair restraints (c)
Observed employees making drinks without hair restraints. Make sure all food handlers are wearing hair restraints to protect food from contamination. (Base of Operation)
