Observed mildew on ceiling of ice machine in carry-out area of kitchen. *Clean ice machine. Observed food splatter on ceiling of microwave. *Clean microwave.

No test strips available to check sanitize solution. *Get test strips.

Light bulb covers above flat-top stove were halfway full of water. Remove covers and water. Figure out what is causing bulb covers to get water in them.
