Observed rotisserie chicken stored in the WIC with discard by date of 02/22/26. Employee discarded the chicken. Employees must practice first in, first out rule to ensure foods are used within 7 days of the prepared date.

Observed no thermometer for the WIC and front RIC. All cold holding storage shall have proper thermometers to ensure foods are kept at appropriate temperatures.

Observed spray bottle with cleaner stored above meatballs. All toxic chemicals shall be stored away from food and food prep areas. Employee removed the cleaner.
