Observed employees cell phone on prep top as she was packing boneless wings. All personal belongings shall be stored in a designated area away from food and food prep areas. Employee put her phone away

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(3)(h),(i),(j) - temperature measuring device, manual warewashing; sanitizing solutions, testing device (pf)
Observed the thermometer at the dish washer not working accurately. Machine shall be evaluated and thermometer shall be replaced to ensure the proper temperature is be reached.

observed air vent detached on one side of the ceiling in the dish wash area. Air vent shall be repaired

Observed cracks in the floor tiles near the dish wash station. Tiles shall be replaced with tiles that are smooth and easy cleanable. Observed missing tile under the fry station (using pizza boxes instead). Tile needs to be replaced.
