Observed boxes of food stored on the floor in WIF. Food shall be stored 4" off the floor. Staff moved food to approved location.

Observed accumulations of debris at bottom of interior of reach in freezer on grill line and reach in coolers.

Observed debris accumulation along, under and around equipment. Need to be cleaned at a frequency to prevent accumulations.

Observed accumulations of grease and debris on the floors under front line and cook line. Clean floors under the equipment to prevent accumulations.
