observed no water for handwashing in freshwater tank and water temperature not heated to >85 degrees F. COS-water tank filled and heater turned on to heat to required temperature (new temp 87 degrees F)

observed no hand drying provision at hand wash sink and measuring cups being stored in handwashing sink COS-cups removed and clean drying rag added to area.
