Observed wing sauces in containers with no labeling in WIC. C/a: Label all food stored outside its original packaging.
16A - hot and cold water available; adequate pressure

Observed hot water not working at hand sink in main kitchen area. C/a: Have sink fixed ASAP. Hot and cold water must be available at hand washing stations.

Observed scoop stored in container of brown sugar in dry storage area. C/a: Store scoops outside of food product itself.
