Observed pasta and two wing sauce containers stored past labeled use by date in WIC. Corrected on-site. C/a: PIC did discard of all past use date items. Monitor use by dates closely and discard appropriately.

Observed cell phone left stored on prep counter on front line. C/a: Store phones and other personal belongings away from food and off of food contact surfaces.
