Observed several past use by date syrups in dry storage area. Observed peppermint syrup (9/27/22), almond syrup (8/23/23), mocha syrup (4/1/23) and creme de menthe syrup (12/24/23) all past use by date. C/a: Monitor use by/best by dates closely and discard items as need be.

Observed food stored on floor in WIC. Repeat violation. C/a: Store food products at a minimum of 6" off the ground.
