Sofa and/or chair upholstery heavily stained and in need to cleaning or re-upholstering in 215 and 303. Curtains in 103 found with multiple paint stains and need replacement. Headboards in 303 appeared with stains and need to be cleaned and sanitized. Heavy debris and dust under sofa bed in 103, needs to be vacuumed routinely to prevent buildup (carpet). Wood decking between rooms 303 and 305 is warped. This creates a tripping hazard and must be repaired. Light switch cover in 305 has sticky debris and needs cleaning. Air conditioning (window) needs to be cleaned out due to wood chips in 305. Sink is cracked in 103. Duvet in 303 worn and stained and to be replaced
