Observed multiple items in bain marie containers uncovered in prep cooler near the exit, tomatoes in the prep top cooler near the grill and pepperoni in the reach in cooler in the shed. Items were covered or discarded by PIC.

Chlorine test strips not presented upon request. Purchase the proper test strips for this machine. Thermometer on the machine is not readable. Sanitation line to the machine was partially broken, not allowing a full amount of solution to enter the machine. Have unit serviced by a certified technician within 30 days.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Fire suppression system has not been checked since January 2024. Have system serviced and tested by a certified technician within 30 days.
