Observed ice chute and drink nozzles at self-serve drink machine in front dining area not cleaned at a frequency to be maintained clean to sight & touch. CA: Equipment such as ice bins and beverage dispensing nozzles and enclosed components of equipment such as ice makers shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold. Drink nozzles at a minimum of every 24 hours. COS: PIC had nozzles & ice chute detailed clean at time of inspection.
