Observed employee preparing food while wearing watch on wrist in main kitchen area. CA: Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food. COS: PIC had employee remove watch.

Observed employee handling food without hair restraint. COS: Employees preparing or handling food shall use effective and clean, disposable or easily cleanable nets or other hair restraints approved by the Health Authority, worn properly to restrain loose hair including beards and mustaches longer than one half inch. CA: PIC provided hair restraint.

Observed several containers stacked wet. CA:Equipment and utensils shall be air-dried or used after adequate draining before contact with food. COS: PIC rewashed and air dried containers.

Observed drink nozzles in lobby area not cleaned at a frequency necessary to be maintained clean to sight and touch. CA: Food contact surfaces, such as consumer self-service utensils and drink nozzles shall be cleaned at a minimum every 24 hours. COS: PIC had employee clean nozzles on site.
