Observed employee preparing food on main food line without hair restraint. CA: Employees preparing or handling food shall use effective and clean, disposable or easily cleanable nets or other hair restraints approved by the Health Authority, worn properly to restrain loose hair including beards and mustaches longer than one half inch. COS: Employee stepped out of main kitchen area. PIC notified to provide hair restraints.

Observed employee scooping tortilla chips into bag while wearing watch & bracelet on wrists. CA: Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food. COS: PIC had employee remove jewelry.

Observed employee personal items (Cell Phone) stored above food contact surface in main kitchen(prep top). CA: PIC had employees move personal items to designated area. New Violation.

Observed food service employees wearing watches and bracelets while handling food. CA: PIC made all employees remove their jewelry and educated on jewelry policy.

Observed several containers on clean dish rack by three compartment sink wet stacked. CA: PIC removed containers to be rewashed and air dried before stacking.
