Observed mechanical dish washing machine with sanitizer reading at a concentration lower than required. CA: A chemical sanitizer used in a sanitizing solution for a manual or mechanical operation a chlorine solution shall have a minimum temperature based on the concentration and pH of the solution as listed in the following chart. COS: PIC will call ecolab to work on dish washing machine and use the three compartment sink to sanitize dishes.

PIC: moved drinks to designated area.
