Observed multiple containers above dishwashing area stacked wet. CA: Equipment and Utensils, Air-Drying Required. After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment and utensils should be air-dried or used after adequate draining before contact with food; COS: PIC rewashed dishes and stacked properly to allow air drying.
