In use mixing spoons stored in soiled c up. Store spoons in dipper well, rinsed and dry, or in hot (135F) water. Corrected. Soiled spoons sent to dish line for cleaning.

Observed accumulations of food particles and debris on floors under equipment (especially under ice machine), in walk in units, and on ceiling vents over donut prep area. Clean surfaces at a frequency to prevent accumulations by 9/8/25.
