No food safety manager certification for the establishment. CA Every establishment is required to have a food safety manager on site and have certification posted on site. The person in charge was informed and instructed to pass an approved exam to get a CFSM certification within 60 days.
8-2B - toxic substances properly identified, stored, used

Observed a chemical spray bottle not identified in the 3-compartment sink area. CA: If transferred, chemicals shall be labeled/ identified with common names. COS PIC labeled the bottle during inspection.
