14B - utensils, equipment and linens: properly stored, dried, handled
Observed metal container not properly air dried while being stack on the metal shelves in the kitchen area above the 3-compartment sink, all wash containers must air dried or dried with a single service disposal towel after being sanitized before stack the container for storage, by drying them you will prevent the container from being contaminated. Managers need to make sure all containers being washed, rinse and sanitized need to air dried correctly to prevent from being contaminated corrected on 03/12/2026
14C - single-use/single-service articles: properly stored, used
I observed that the cups installed in the cup dispenser have some of the lips exposed. Single-service and single-use articles and cleaned and sanitized utensils shall be handled, displayed, and dispensed so that contamination of food-and lip-contact surfaces is prevented. Manager should ensure that all the lips of single use cups are properly protected to avoid contermination by 02/28/2026
17B - garbage/refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
Observed the dumpster missing a drain plug after getting a new dumpster, ) Using Drain Plugs. Drains in receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, and returnable shall have drain plugs in place. The manager will have the dumpster company come and place a drain plug in the bottom of the dumpster by 02/28/2026
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Observed dirt buildup on the walls the sinks and cove base molding in the kitchen area, Good Repair. All physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. manager should ensure that it is cleaned. correct by 03/12/2026
