18 - insects, rodents, and animals not present
Observed light coming under the bottom of the backdoor in the kitchen, , outer openings of a food service establishment shall be protected against the entry of insects and rodents by: (iii) Solid, self-closing, tight-fitting doors. The manager will have maintenance come in a repair the threshold of the backdoor so that the light can't come under the backdoor. correct by 02/30/26

Observed the single service cup be stored and the lip of the cup is not protected from contamination, single-service articles that are intended for food- or lip-contact shall be furnished for consumer self-service with the original individual wrapper intact or from an approved dispenser. The manager will make sure that the lip of the cup is protected at all times by remaining in the plastic before serving drink to the customer correct by 02/20/2026.

Observed grease and food buildup in the bottom of the R.I.C in the kitchen area Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. The bottom of the cooler will be cleaned by 2/30/26
