Time/temperature control for safety foods >41 degrees in expo make table. PIC advised to ensure 41 ° or less internal temperature for TCS in cold holding. COS: Items discarded.

Expo make table not holding food at adequate temperature. Suspect lack of circulation from storage in bottom.

Dumpster and grease receptacle stored on grass, gravel, and dirt.
