Room 128: Food debris on the floor under the reclining sofa chair. Room 106: Observed wood tile floor in disrepair in front of the bathroom.

Second floor: Observed exposed drywall at the east end of the hallway with mold. Manager advised that it is currently being treated and will have wallpaper installed over it. Manager was advised that the molded sheet rock needed to be completest replaced before placing the wallpaper on the wall

Room 128: Observed interior surface of dish machine with debris and food stains. Dishwashing machine must be cleaned immediately before renting room 128. Room 114: Observed interior surface of dish machine and dishes with debris and food stains. Dishwashing machine and dishes must be cleaned immediately before renting room 114

Observed mold substances on the interior surface of the ice chute of the ice machine on the main level inside of the cupboard room. Manager advised that the ice chute is cleaned on a monthly basis and was advised to increase the cleaning frequency to a weekly basis

Observed personal chemicals, cleaning chemicals, and personal water bottles stored in between and above clean linen in the laundry room
