Observed employee must wash hands signs not provided at all handsinks. 511-6-1.07(3)(d) - Handwashing Signage (C) (d) Handwashing Signage. A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees and shall be clearly visible to food employees.

Countertop and cabinet formica in bar repair, Also observed a leak in the reach in cooler. Towels being used to drain condensation. PIC will have the leak repaired and towels removed. PIC will email a copy of the completed work order to robert.lewis1@dph.ga.gov by 2/12/26.

Observed facility without proper test strips to test quaternary ammonium solution. PIC will obtain test strips by 2/10/2026

Observed that interior cabinets are not clean and maintained. 511-6-1.05(7)(a)2,3 - Equipment, Food/Nonfood-Contact Surfaces, and Utensils, food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment & nonfood-contact surfaces free of accumulations (C) 2. The food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans shall be kept free of encrusted grease deposits and other soil accumulations.
- Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.
