Observed pitcher being filled/stored in handsink at back 'dough area' handsink, trash bag stored on handsink at back door. CA: Hand sinks shall be used for hand washing only.

Observed chemical spray bottle stored on table top directly above single service sauces. CA: Chemicals shall be stored in order to prevent potential contamination of facility equipment or food. COS: PIC relocated chemical spray bottle to proper area.

Observed back door propped open with fire extinguisher. CA: Outer openings shall be protected in order to prevent potential pests or other sources of contamination. COS: PIC closed door.
