Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(n) - manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization-temperature, ph, concentration, hardness (p,pf)
observed high temp sanitizing machine not reaching minimum temperature required for sanitizing dishes. CA: High Temperature sanitizing machine must be testing at the minimum temperature required per GA Food Code and manufacturer instructions. COS: pic will have machine/booster serviced. Health Dept. will re-check

Observed several food items not labeled (powdered sugar, sauce bottle) CA: Food containers must be labeled with common name of product. COS: pic labeled food container.
14A - in-use utensils: properly stored
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(k) - in-use utensils, between-use storage (c)
Observed scoops stored with handles touching food (rice, flour and sugar). CA: Scoops must be stored with handles above the food. COS: pic removed scoops.

Observed torn gaskets on several reach in coolers. CA: Gaskets must be maintained in good repair. COS: pic has ordered and will have them replaced. Health Dept. will re-check.

Observed walk in freezer door in poor repair. CA: Equipment must be maintained in good repair. COS: PIC has plan to replace freezer door in 60 days. Health Dept. will re-check.

Observed data plates on ware washing machine in poor repair (not legible/faded) and water not reaching minimum temperature from manifold for washing or rinse. CA: Ware washing machines must have legible data plates. COS: pic will have dish machine data plates replaced. Health Dept. will re-check
