Observed opened water bottle and open cup with drink stored on top of food prep surface. CA: employee drinks must be in single service cups with lid and straw and stored away or below food prep surfaces. COS: employee drinks were discarded

observed single service cup stored inside dry food container for scooping. CA: single service articles can only be used once and should not be stored down in food containers. COS: cup was removed and pic will order proper scoop with handle.

observed several torn gaskets on reach in freezer and reach in cooler at service line. CA: Gaskets should be maintained in good repair. COS: pic has ordered-Health Dept. to re-check
