Observed dumpster with missing drain plug. CA: Drains in receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall have drain plugs in place. No COS can be observed. Inspector will return to verify a drain plug has been installed.

COS: pic remade sanitizer and discovered air bubbles in tubing and not dispensing through tube properly. PIC will call Ecolab for servicing of sanitizer machine and tube. Health Dept. will re-check
