Permit/Opening
1 - barrier: pool enclosed/fencing in compliance
Regulation: 511-3-5-.18(11)(b) - (b) openings in the barrier shall not allow passage of a four inch diameter sphere.
Facility has made many improvements to the large gaps present in the fencing. Posts have been lowered; mesh has been welded to the gate. However, there are still gaps that exceed the allowable 4 inches. Continue working to ensure all gaps are less than 4". All areas must be in compliance before permitting season 2027. The measures used to decrease the gaps must be permanent in nature; do not use zip ties. Openings in the barrier shall not allow passage of a four inch diameter sphere.
15 - depth and no diving markers, step marking; installed and contrasting
Regulation: 511-3-5-.18(3)(h) - (h) depth markers number and letters shall be tile and four inches minimum in height. numbers shall be of contrasting color to the background on which they are applied.

17 - skimmers/gutters maintained and operable
Regulation: 511-3-5-.11(3)(g) - (g) the skimmer equalizer lines shall be protected by an approved cover/grated with a flow rating equal the maximum system flow divided by the number of skimmers in the system or the maximum flow rating of the skimmer, whichever is greater.
The equalizer lines are not covered. One has an eye inlet cover and the other has no cover. Remove the inlet eye cover and properly protect the equalizer lines with the appropriate cover. The skimmer equalizer lines shall be protected by an approved cover/grated with a flow rating equal the maximum system flow divided by the number of skimmers in the system or the maximum flow rating of the skimmer, whichever is greater. Suction outlets shall be provided with a cover that has been tested and approved by a nationally recognized testing laboratory and shall comply with the current ANSI/APSP16 , Suction Fittings For Use in Swimming Pools, Wading Pools, Spas, and Hot Tubs. Must be corrected by the routine inspection.
17 - skimmers/gutters maintained and operable
Regulation: 511-3-5-.11(3)(d) - (d) each skimmer shall have a weir that adjusts automatically to variations in water level over a minimum range of four inches.
A weir is not present in each skimmer. Replace weirs. Each skimmer shall have a weir that adjusts automatically to variations in water level over a minimum range of four inches.

The No Diving marking and universal symbol for No Diving are not permanent in nature on the deck; No Diving is painted on in white paint. There is no universal symbol for No Diving present at depth markers. The words "No Diving" and the universal international symbol for “NO DIVING” shall be permanently visible at the edge of the deck for water five feet in depth or less, placed only on the deck beside the depth markers, and shall conform to that outlined for depth markers.
