Observed that the facility did not install a 1 GPM aerator on the mop sink as was approved during the plan review; due to there being no water reduction device on the faucet, the facility does not meet its peak theoretical demand and the system inadequate for the required capacity. Code: Hot water generation and distribution systems shall be sufficient to meet the peak hot water demands throughout the food service establishment.

Observed that the ceiling over the front food service area is open with insulation foam above. Code: Floors, walls, and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable.
