CA: PIC removed items.
RCA: Hand washing sink shall be used for hand washing only.

Observed hand washing sink in the employee bathroom not have any hot water.
RCA: A handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide tempered water at a temperature of at least 100ºF (38ºC) through a mixing valve or combination faucet.

Observed no hand drying provision at the sink in the back of the kitchen.
