Observed multiple racks of raw chicken in the walk-in cooler, and the thawing unit in the main kitchen area to have incorrect date labeling procedures. The chicken had a discard date of April, the discard date should be 7 days counting the prep date as day 1. (Prepped on the Oct. 14 & 15th and should have a discard date of Oct. 20th and 21st). CA: The manager corrected the dates in the POS system.
