CA: Items were stored per cook temperature. There was a food chart stored on the side of the cooler.
Observed multiple TCS and non-TCS food items stored on the stove and prep counter in the kitchen area:
CA: Items were reheated. PIC stated that the items were cooked today and were being prepped/combined in other food items.
