Observed cleaners stored by tea bags and other food related items. Toxic materials shall be stored so they cannot contaminate food. EH educated PIC on where and how to store toxic materials. PIC rearranged area and moved toxic materials to proper location.

PIC stated crock would be cleaned or replaced by 1/1/2023.
