The PIC stated they are currently working with a licensed pest control provider to address the issue. A follow-up inspection will be conducted in two weeks to assess progress made toward eliminating the pest activity.

14C - single-use/single-service articles: properly stored, used
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(e)1&3 - single-service/single-use items stored 6" off floor in clean, dry location (c)
Single-use items (trays, lids, straws) were observed stored directly on the floor. All single-use items must be stored at least 6 inches off the floor to prevent contamination. The Person in Charge (PIC) corrected this during the inspection by relocating the items to an appropriate storage location.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(a)2,3 - equipment, food/nonfood-contact surfaces, and utensils, food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment & nonfood-contact surfaces free of accumulations (c)
Observed multiple areas throughout the establishment in need of cleaning. Floors, walls, and equipment had a buildup of food debris. Environmental Health (EH) discussed proper cleaning frequency and associated concerns with the Person in Charge (PIC). The PIC stated that the entire establishment would be thoroughly cleaned, including the kitchen, office, storage areas, walls, floors, equipment, coolers, and freezers. The PIC requested a two-month timeframe for follow-up to complete all necessary cleaning. EH will follow-up in two weeks to see on-going progress (4/9/2026).
