OBSERVED AN ACCUMULATION OF FOOD RESIDUE ON ICE CREAM SCOOPS AND FOOD GRADE PLASTIC CONATINERS STORED AS CLEAN IN THE WAREWASHING AREA. OBSERVED SODA NOZZLES IN THE DRIVE THRU AREA WITH AN ACCUMULATION OF BLACK DEBRIS. CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Pf. COS: PIC CLEANED NOZZLES AND FOOD GRADE PLASTIC CONTAINERS.

OBSERVED FOOD EMPLOYEE PREPARING AND MIXING 2 CONTAINERS OF SWEET TEA DIRECTLY ON FLOOR IN WAREWSHING AREA. CA: During preparation, unpackaged food shall be protected from environmental sources of contamination.
14A - in-use utensils: properly stored

OBSERVED SCOOP WITHOUT HANDLE BEING USED IN CINNAMON TWIST SUGAR. OBSERVED HANDLE OF SCOOP BEING STORED DIRECTLY IN CINNAMON TOAST TWISTS. CA: Storage of In-Use Utensils. During pauses in food preparation or dispensing, food preparation and dispensing utensils shall be stored:
1.Except as specified under paragraph 2 of this subsection, in the food with their handles above the top of the food and the container;
2.In food that is not time/temperature control for safety food with their handles above the top of the food within containers or equipment that can be closed, such as bins of sugar, flour, or cinnamon; COS: PIC REMOVED ITEMS.

OBSERVED SEVERAL STAINLESS STEEL AND FOOD GRADE PLASTIC CONTAINERS STACKED WET IN THE WAREWASHING AREA. CA: Equipment and Utensils, Air-Drying Required. After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment and utensils:

Shall be air-dried or used after adequate draining before contact with food; and
-
May not be cloth dried except that utensils that have been air-dried may be polished with cloths that are maintained clean and dry.
