Observed drain dumpster without a drain plug. CA: Drains in receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall have drain plugs in place. PIC will have drain plug provided for dumpster.

CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned at a frequency specified by the manufacturer; or absent manufacturer specifications, at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold. PIC will have the ice machine washed and sanitized.
