32 - operator training certification available onsite and approved
13-187(c): a copy of the certified pool operator's certificate shall be displayed near the operating permit and be publicly viewable; at time of inspection, this certificate was not observed
22 - signs: peak occupancy/pool/spa/signs legible and in clearview
13-202(m): pool rules shall be easily readable and shall be posted in the pool area; at time of inspection, the times during which the pool is opened and closed were not posted
30 - deck/rinse shower maintained
13-201(b): if no bathhouse is required, a shower on the deck with tempered water shall be provided at the pool entrance area; at time of inspection, pool did not have such a deck shower
34 - inspection report placed in public view
13-187(c) - the most recent inspection report shall be placed in public view; at time of inspection, the latest inspection report was not posted publicly

13-189(a)(5): pool shall at all times be kept clean of debris, sediment, dirt, and visible scum on its surfaces, walls, and flooring; at time of inspection, some debris and scum were observable
13-202(i): each pool shall have an emergency action plan with five sections outlined as stipulated by the DeKalb code; pool facility does have an EAP, but it is incomplete and could be slightly more detailed
